At the end of a narrow road is a Roma camp where Françoise and Dominique run into each other every day. Françoise raises her family in two trailers. She dreams to work, to go out and to live in a house. Dominique is the guardian of the ground. As a town employee he works tirelessly in bridging the gaps between the Roma community and the local government.
